Jess leads the training team.Before Arena, Jess was the Programs Director at Battleground Texas – a grassroots organization building progressive power in Texas. During the 2020 Presidential Cycle, Jess worked at For Our Future as the National Voter Contact Manager, and spent the primary in New Hampshire as Bernie’s Campus and GOTV Director, and then as Field Director for Virginia and Ohio. Before that, Jess was Battleground Texas’s Training Director. Before that, Jess taught high school and coached the cheer team. Jess loves being outside, eating snacks, petting dogs, and memes.
